Our mission is to deliver unparalleled travel experiences, connecting with our guests' needs while fostering excellence and accessibility in every journey.Why join us?Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Job DetailsThis role oversees Part 135 Maintenance team while ensuring strict compliance with FAA regulations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPersonnel Management: Coordinate and optimize workforce activities to minimize downtime and align with business priorities.Documentation: Maintain and update the General Operations Manual (GOM) and General Maintenance Manual (GMM).Workflow Planning: Assign tasks based on operational needs, addressing resource constraints and maintenance demands to enhance efficiency.Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage maintenance budgets and forecast needs for the aircraft fleet.Scheduling: Plan and schedule maintenance for the entire fleet, ensuring timely execution.Financial Oversight: Review invoices and secure quotes for maintenance events.Leadership: Foster team growth through constructive feedback and collaborative management.Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA, OSHA, and EHS regulations, managing all required paperwork.Communication: Liaise with aircraft owners and representatives on maintenance schedules and approvals.Travel: Occasional travel to support operational needs.Additional Duties: Perform tasks as assigned by the VP of Maintenance.Interested in hearing more?
