Location: Columbiana, OH Position Type: Full-time, Swing or 2nd Shift Available Training: All new hires will complete 3-4 weeks of training on 1st Shift Overtime: May be required, including occasional Saturdays Compensation: Starting Pay: $14.50/hour Pay Increase: $15.00/hour after 6 months, based on performance and production rates Shift Differential: $1.50/hour for 2nd shift Key Responsibilities: Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines (manual and automatic) Replace tools (drills/taps) as needed to maintain production standards Ensure finished products meet quality and packing standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Regularly lift and move items up to 40 lbs.
