Bilingual Press Operator

Entry Level Molder Bilingual Pay: 16.00/hr to 18.00 (Depending on Experience) Location: Tomball, Texas Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00AM to 2:00PM Job Summary: The Molder is responsible for assisting in the creation of molding products to the specified measurements while working in a team. The Molder is also responsible for ensuring that safety requirements and client order expectations are consistently being met.  Essential Duties: MoldingRead router to determine mold size and material needed.Collect material issued from inventory specialists and verify accuracy to the job.Check tooling for needed repairs, make needed repairs, clean tooling and set up mold.Load mold, insert pusher and begin pressing, controlling press speed up to pressure listed, hold for designated dwell time, invert mold and press from opposite end to pressure listed for designated dwell time, strip mold.Trim excess material from parts and mark billet end with material code, when needed.Ensure that billets meet the desired length and have no fractures or contamination after they are molded then transport billets to the appropriate location after the molding process is complete. Perform all other duties as assigned. Operating forklifts safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean work environment and ensure that all safety procedures are being followed.To Apply, Please send your resume to . We look forward to hearing from you
