As a growing business consulting firm dedicated to achieving impactful results in the telecommunications sector, we're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Engagement Specialist to help amplify our outreach and drive engagement within local communities in Austin. As a Customer Engagement Specialist for our AT&T campaign, you will be vital in creating and implementing marketing initiatives that generate excitement and awareness for AT&T's services within Austin residential areas. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop engaging materials, coordinate local promotional activities, and contribute to the overall success of our direct outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist: Create AT&T marketing materials for Austin, including flyers, brochures, and community announcements. Support the coordination and execution of local promotional activities and events within Austin neighborhoods to generate leads for the sales team. Manage and update social media channels with engaging content that complements the campaign's local outreach efforts in Austin. Conduct basic market research within Austin to understand community demographics and preferences relevant to AT&T's services. Assist in collecting activities in Austin. Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams involved in the AT&T campaign in Austin. Help maintain and organize marketing materials and promotional items for the field sales team in Austin. Contribute creative ideas for local marketing initiatives that resonate with Austin residents. Assist in preparing basic reports on marketing activities and their impact on the AT&T campaign in Austin. Ensure all marketing activities align with the overall campaign goals and brand guidelines of AT&T and Educo Solutions Inc. Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Engagement Specialist: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Some experience in marketing, advertising, or a related administrative role is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creativity and a willingness to contribute new ideas. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic computer applications. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about the telecommunications industry and marketing techniques relevant to the Austin market. Must be a resident of the Austin metropolitan area or have a strong understanding of the local community.
