Main Job Responsibilities of the Client Experience Associate: Primary contact for San Diego AT/&T Residential customers via phone, email, chat, and potentially in-person, offering courteous and efficient professional support. Address AT/&T residential customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction. Assist AT&T Residential customers with their service, offering accurate information and helping them choose products and services. Efficiently and accurately process AT&T Residential customer requests and transactions according to Cycles Consulting Inc.'s policies for timely resolution. Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system to maintain data integrity and contribute to a comprehensive understanding of AT&T Residential customer needs in San Diego. Proactively follow up with AT&T Residential customers to ensure their issues are resolved, their needs are met, and they are satisfied with their overall experience, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty. Work with sales, operations, and technical support to ensure smooth customer interactions, solve complex problems, and represent customer needs for the AT&T Residential campaign.
