About The Role As an Management Associate, you must be prepared to: Support Sales Efforts by assisting in the execution of sales strategies focused on residential customers. Become a Leader of a small team of sales representatives, which includes training, motivation, and day-to-day coaching. Track Performance through monitoring individual and team sales based on set targets and providing feedback to higher management. Train and Develop all team members on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service. Handle Administrative Tasks, including various paperwork, sales reports, and other duties related to the campaign. Who We Want As an Management Associate, you are expected to have: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in residential sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic leadership and collaborative working experience.
