Warehouse Supervisor

Nesco Resource is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a client in Anderson, SC. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Apply with us online or in person today!Duties: • Basic working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures. • Complete knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Work in the department as a team member to achieve production, quality, cycle time and cost                 standards. Assist in achieving individual department team goals. • Perform the required team job functions needed to move, load, unload, or inventory raw materials. • Effectively loads and checks each load per customer orders. Completes shipping reports as necessary. • Inspects necessary equipment each shift and completes required inspection reports and submits to           management. Reports any issues with equipment to appropriate department personnel. • Recommend or initiate corrective actions as required by equipment malfunctions. • May require heavy lifting. Also, a reasonable amount of overtime is required. • Maintain a clean, orderly, safe work area and perform other work as directed. • Operate company vehicles to transport materials to other locations.
