Nesco Resource has partnered with a prestigious law firm in their pursuit to hire a Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid role. Seeking 5+ years of paralegal experience.This is a hybrid role with three in-office days per week. Employees may choose to work onsite at either our Nassau County , NY or New York City office. The remaining two days per week may be worked remotely..We're looking for a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced with discovery, cite-checking/Shepardizing, and e-filing in both state and federal courts. Responsibilities: Draft cover letters and legal correspondence Organize and maintain client files (electronic & hard copy) Index and summarize documents and depositions Perform basic legal and factual research Support discovery and motion practice (drafting/preparing documents as appropriate) Requirements: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experienced with discovery, cite-checking/Shepardizing, and e-filing in both state and federal courts.
