Garment Processor Operator

Job Purpose:Safely and accurately complete both internal and external customer orders using industrial sewing equipment to perform garment alterations. Demonstrate culture, strong work ethics, goal attainment and attention to detail.Daily Responsibilities: Inspect garments and trim items for correct color, scripting, size and quantity. Apply emblems, ID tapes, bar codes, and/or other trim as required, consulting the T-Spec book when necessary. Cut, surge, and hem garments as required per the work order. Consolidate and pack orders to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing. Check E-Stops and temperature on Heat Sealer. Report equipment problems to Maintenance or Production Supervisor immediately. Report damaged garments and errors to a Production Supervisor. Process orders by priority ship date.
