Receiving Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Sample Associate to join our team in Sandusky, Oh. This role plays a crucial part in our sample logistics department, focusing on the accurate receiving, inspecting, and documentation of all home decor samples.Hours: 7AM to 3:30PM Monday-Friday with Saturdays if needed.Pay: $13.50/hr.Responsibilities: Inspect samples for damage or discrepancies by opening boxes and checking the quality of the items. Record and track sample items into the inventory management system. Ensure proper labeling and storage of sample goods in the warehouse. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized department area.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to know or understand how to use a handheld/ RF scanner. Proven experience in a similar receiving or warehouse role preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required, up to 50 lbs.
