2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:30amSome Fridays and Saturdays may be required 2:30pm-10:30pmPay rate:$25.00Job Summary:This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. • Weld metals using MIG, TIG, or Arc welders. • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. • Inspect parts for wear utilizing rules, micrometers calipers, and other measuring devices. • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. • Other duties as required.Qualifications/Skills/Experience Required: • High School Diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience • Possess 4 years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC • Possess certain competencies such as technical capacity, ethical conduct, ability to communicate effectively, results driven and strong work initiativeNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.COMM137
