Paid overtime 100% company paid Medical Insurance coverage for the employee and employee's spouse 100% company paid Dental Insurance coverage for the employee and employee's spouse • 50% company paid Medical and Dental insurance coverage for dependents 100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term disability insurance and Long"Term disability Insurance 401(K) retirement savings plan with up to 4% company match • 8 paid holidays per calendar year. 20 paid Personal Time Off (PTO) days the first year of employment.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute all in-field service activities across North America and other regions as needed Ensure proper functionality of installed filtration systems through on-site support and service Deliver customer service and training on system functionality and maintenance Assist with new equipment installations and provide repair services Perform remote troubleshooting for technical issues Schedule and arrange travel for customer site visits Prepare service quotes and follow up on outstanding proposals Generate purchase order documentation and ensure timely invoicing Collaborate with the parent company in Germany to support technical and logistical needs Research and source replacement parts for repairs Review technical documentation and equipment drawings Conduct research on industry-specific applications and validate solutions Support the organization's position as a global leader in advanced filtration solutionsJob Requirements: Strong mechanical aptitude; factory training will be provided Experience with filtration equipment is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness and ability to travel for up to two weeks at a time Availability for occasional emergency next-day travel Valid driver's license and clean driving record U.S. Passport and TWIC Card (or ability to obtain after employment begins) Detail-oriented with strong mathematical competence Self-motivated and persistent work ethic Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting over 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Capable of working in diverse environments such as ocean vessels, industrial factories, power plants, water and wastewater plants, and outdoor settingsInterested in hearing more?
