Let me know which position you are interested in below Position #1-Project Manager Position #2-Construction Executive Position #3-Drywall Estimator Position #1 PROJECT MANAGER-JOB DESCRIPTION Project Management · Develop accurate budgets by utilizing historical data from previous projects · Periodically visit all pending and active projects to ensure correct field methods and total knowledge of the project. · Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs · Oversee and track all labor on each project, whether from outside subcontracts or from internal labor sources. · Provide predetermined deliverables in a timely manner including verification of all completed work. · Manage and develop team members to ensure proper growth within the organization. Success Factors: · Experience in marketing, sales, or client development and relations · Experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor or self-performing GC preferred · Demonstrated ability to produce in a high-pressure environment · Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed goals with minimal supervision · Self-motivated · Commitment to personal and professional standards of excellence · Position requires working in our office or at a job site Position #2 CONSTRUCTION EXECUTIVE-JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Responsibilities: · Builds leads and motivates an effective management team (including field management w/ Dir of Operations and Dir of Field Management). · Organize and evaluate staff · Mantain strong relationships with clients via Marketing. · Responsible for establishing/submit cost controls for approval, implement and monitor controls for assigned projects including, but not limited to: · Cost Controls, including timely and accurate projections   Project Closeout Audits: · Assist with evaluating Field implementation including: · Cost · Productivity · Unit Prices · Quality · Manpower · Scheduling · Subcontractor Management Management of Project Folders including, but not limited to: · Schedules · Critical correspondence/documentation · Account Receivables · Account Payables · Requisitions · Change Orders Cash Management · Closeout · Identify, recommend and implement solutions for operational improvement. · Ensures implementation of the company safety plan. · Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers. · Manages other duties as assigned by Dir of Operations and President.   Position #3 DRYWALL ESTIMATOR-JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Responsibilities: · As a Drywall Estimator you will interpret plans and specifications in order to prepare written proposals for bids and proposals · Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs · Maintain understanding of all local, city and state building codes in assigned locations · Manage and train project engineers and assistant project estimators to ensure proper growth within the organization · Continuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines, including drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware .
