Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish, including initial client intake, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Conduct extensive legal research and fact-checking to assist attorneys in case preparation. Maintain and update case files, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date. Coordinate with expert witnesses and other outside parties as needed.Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in litigation or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferable. Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software. Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures.Interested in hearing more?
