This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced shareholders and associates on a wide variety of challenging and rewarding cases.What You'll Do: You'll be an integral part of our Family Law Practice Group, handling cases across the full spectrum of family law. Responsibilities include:Advocating for clients in matters involving divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal support, child custody, and adoptionDrafting pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documentsPreparing for and representing clients in court appearances, hearings, and trialsConducting legal research and managing discoveryParticipating in case strategy development and resolution planningCollaborating with clients and senior attorneys to provide timely, compassionate, and solution-oriented legal servicesSupporting firm marketing and business development initiativesWhat We're Looking For: We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented attorney who is ready to hit the ground running.
