Known for their collaborative culture and precision in execution, they partner with Fortune 500 clients, financial institutions, and leading real estate developers to deliver spaces that blend functionality with aesthetic excellence.DescriptionSupport Project Managers in all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients to ensure timely and quality execution.Assist with schedule development, RFI and submittal tracking, document control, and meeting minutes.Monitor project budgets, track change orders, and support procurement activities.Ensure on-site compliance with safety and quality standards by conducting walkthroughs and collaborating with superintendents.ProfileYou are detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about commercial interiors. You bring at least 2 years of APM experience on NYC fit-out projects and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
