Schedule: Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Must be able to support and address a 3-shift / 7-day operation. Compensation: $140,000 - $145,000 per year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualifications:At least 6 years of industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on injection molding environments.A minimum of 5 years in a management role showcasing strong leadership abilities.Solid grasp of manufacturing equipment upkeep (hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, etc.).Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical problems across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, and vacuum systems.Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and OSHA standards.As a Maintenance Mechanic Manager you will:Spearhead the maintenance department to ensure seamless support for our three-shift, seven-day-a-week operations.Collaborate actively with the team, performing maintenance tasks directly when required.Leverage computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized maintenance reporting/control applications.Oversee and optimize the engagement of outside building trades and contractors.Mentor, train, and guide the maintenance team, prioritizing tasks and making sound decisions effectively.Strategically assess and schedule resources and personnel for optimal maintenance coverage.Uphold and promote best practices in quality and safety.Benefits:MedicalDental Vision401KLife InsurancePaid Holidays/VacationQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
