This role requires strong field leadership, deep knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume job sites across multiple commercial sectors-including office, retail, hospitality, and light industrial.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day field operations on mixed commercial construction sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain workflow and meet project milestones.Enforce safety protocols and site cleanliness, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review drawings, resolve field issues, and maintain alignment with project scope.Monitor scheduling and sequencing of work, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or conflicts.Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and consultants, maintaining clear communication and a professional representation of the company.ProfileCore qualifications include:Strong understanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and commercial construction standardsProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schedules, and project specificationsExperience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera)Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsA track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budgetOSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) preferredExperience in the DFW market or similar metropolitan area is a plusJob OfferCompetitive base salary starting at $120,000 USDAnnual bonusesVehicle allowance401K with a generous matchGenerous PTO and Holiday schedule to assist in maintaining work-life balanceOpportunities for professional development and career growthCollaborative and inclusive company cultureTop-notch health benefits - medical, dental, visionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
