An established construction management firm is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale healthcare projects in NYC. Their NYC operations are known for high-profile, technically challenging projects and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.DescriptionLead daily coordination of all MEP trades on active healthcare project sitesOversee compliance with NYC DOB, NFPA, and DOH regulationsMaintain project schedule and manage subcontractor performanceCollaborate closely with project management, engineers, and facilities teamsIdentify and resolve field issues proactively, with a focus on patient safety and infection controlProfileYou bring 6-8 years of MEP field leadership on NYC-based healthcare facilities, such as hospitals or surgical centers. You're highly familiar with local codes, hospital procedures, and thrive in live or occupied environments.
