The salary is $70,000 to $100,000 base plus bonus depending on experience. Great opportunity to move up. Permanent direct hire. Overview of the Architectural Designer: The Architectural Designer will prepare and organize all presentation and construction documents, including but not limited to hand-drawn perspectives and renderings, floor plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, details, interior elevations, and electrical plans Coordinate with consultants, contractors, city zoning and building departments, and other agencies throughout each phase of design and construction Consult directly with clients to determine the project scope and client specifications Research and prepare project specifications Research applicable products, materials, systems, and codes necessary to accomplish the design objective for each project Qualifications of the Architectural Designer: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have residential experience. Must have acted in a project manager capacity. Must have CAD and be comfortable with hand drawing. Must be able to work onsite in downtown Nashville (free parking).
