Injection Molding Team Lead

Nesco Resource is partnering with a client in McElhattan looking for an experienced Group Leader! Responsibilities: Provides guidance to team members by offering training on correct procedures and best practices. Reviews and verifies the work completed by peers, ensuring accuracy on job and machine documentation. Assists the supervisor in organizing daily tasks, setting team objectives, and planning workloads. Instructs operators on standard operating procedures and helps interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Conducts internal quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards. Helps coordinate rework efforts on defective products. Contributes to the creation and revision of departmental processes and procedural documentation. Operates computer systems, RF scanners, printers, scales, and tape machines. May be tasked with leading or participating in special assignments as required. Maintains a clean, organized workspace and keeps accurate records as needed. Attends all company-sponsored training programs, including Basic Leadership Skills. Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for long durations (up to 12 hours). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds manually. Capable of rotating through a variety of job tasks and work environments. Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Must use hand tools such as wire cutters, screwdrivers, pliers, and utility knives.
