Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Brewster, NY. This is a contract position with the chance of becoming permanent and full-time. Schedule: Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 to 5:00 PM (flexible on hours within this range) Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour based on experience. Duties/Responsibilities: General customer service skills. Phone calls, both incoming and outbound calls. Outbound calls to current customers to take orders over the phone. Checking orders in the system and following up with customer inquiries. Must have general computer skills. Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well within a team environment. Must have experience with Quickbooks. Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish).
