The successful candidate will join our team of accomplished professionals dedicated to providing exceptional legal advice and services to our clients. This role demands a high level of commitment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the complexities of estate planning, including wills, power of attorney, trust and estate, and conservatorship. Responsibilities:As a Permanent Associate Attorney (Estate Planning), your duties will include:1. Providing comprehensive legal services in all areas of estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.2. Advising clients on various aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate procedures, tax implications, and asset distribution.3. Representing clients in conservatorship proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.4. Conducting thorough research and analysis to stay updated on current laws, court decisions, and regulations that may affect our clients' estate plans.5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to devise effective strategies for complex estate planning cases.6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering them personalized service and practical solutions to their legal needs.Qualifications:To be considered for the role of Permanent Associate Attorney (Estate Planning), you must have:1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a proven track record of handling wills, power of attorney, trust and estate, and conservatorship.4.
