Warehouse AssociateLocation: Onsite, Cleveland, OH (Zip Code: 44109)Duration: 12-Week ContractNumber of Openings: 3Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 days a week, onsite Position SummaryWe are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team for a 12-week contract. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling racking systems, accurately marking inventory locations, and assisting with inventory management to support smooth warehouse operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.Key Responsibilities Assemble warehouse racking systems according to provided specifications Identify and clearly mark inventory locations to improve warehouse organization Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Assist with inventory tracking and management of project equipment Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project timelines and goals Follow all safety guidelines and compliance requirements, including mandatory drug screening and possible vaccinationsQualifications Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week), onsite for the entire contract duration Capable of lifting 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift Previous experience in a hospital or warehouse setting preferred but not required Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethicSkills & Attributes Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic problem-solving skills to address day-to-day challenges Commitment to safety and compliance requirementsWorking Conditions Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods May involve exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and environmentsCompliance RequirementsCandidates will undergo traditional onboarding compliance steps, including drug screening. Additional documentation for specific vaccinations may be required, which will be communicated in advance.
