Overview: We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in project engineering, particularly in construction projects involving all ground up projects with great diversity- senior living, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing, food & beverage, higher education, training centers, hospitality, retail, religious, and corporate office.. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a coachable attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to professional growth within the company. We are looking for a project manager who is eager to learn and grow, willing to work their way up and become proficient in all aspects of project management.Project Manager Responsibilities:Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phaseRead and Interpret Construction Plans and SpecificationsMentor less experienced Project Management staff on the daily duties required to effectively manage a construction projectWork with your Team's existing Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to establish long-term relationships to identify and obtain future project opportunitiesOversee the Subcontractor and Vendor procurement by supervising the completion of buyout, scope of work review, contract writing, insurance and bonding reviews, etc.Guide the research and recommendation of resolutions to drawing interpretation problems, conflicts and errorsManage the Team that processes all Submittals, RFI's, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, Time Sheet Management, Subcontractor/Vendor Billings, Monthly Reports, etc.Ensure the preparation of timely Owner Billings via the verification of work-in-place quantities/billings from Subcontractors and SuppliersVerify the production of accurate monthly cost projections which forecast total estimated costs at completionOversight of the creation and monitoring of Project Schedules and production of progress updatesQualificationsBachelor's degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
