If interested in this Pharmacy Billing Call Center Representative position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | | text 5867107970 Pharmacy Billing Call Center Representative | Details and Compensation: Location: This position is 100% remote - but you must live in Eastern or Central time zones Payrate: $20/hr Required Availability: Training is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for approximately 4-6 weeks Following training, you will work an 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM shift (8 hours/day, M-F schedule) based on business need Pharmacy Billing Call Center Representative | Summary and Highlights: The Pharmacy Billing Call Center Representative will support patient access services in a fully remote capacity and play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate, and knowledgeable assistance throughout their healthcare journey. This role is part of a program designed to streamline patient access to specialty therapies by integrating drug distribution, non-commercial pharmacy support, financial assistance, and referral management. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacy Billing Call Center Representative | Responsibilities: Create and complete accurate referrals and applications in a centralized system Communicate with patients to resolve concerns and provide updates on application status Place outbound calls for patient follow-ups or confirmations Maintain accurate documentation in proprietary systems during live calls Deliver high-quality service through empathetic, clear, and patient-centric communication Collaborate with healthcare providers and referral sources Monitor patient accounts from intake to final determination Pharmacy Billing Call Center Representative | Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 2+ years of call center experience required Must have recent experience with pharmacy billing (preferably Medicare Part D) Previous experience in a PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or healthcare call center Familiarity with pharmacy claim systems or prior authorization processes Remote Work Requirements: Must reside within the United States Dedicated, distraction-free work environment High-speed, hardwired internet connection required: Minimum download speed: 15 Mbps Minimum upload speed: 5 Mbps Maximum ping rate: 30ms Wi-Fi, satellite, cellular, or dial-up connections are not acceptable Ability to use employer-provided computer and tech equipment, including a surge protector with network line protection Take the Next Step!
