This role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and detail-oriented professional committed to design excellence and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage project teams through all phases of design and construction.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.Ensure quality control and compliance with project objectives and industry standards.Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders.Support business development and proposal efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (professional licensure preferred).7+ years of experience in project management within the AEC industry.Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, or commercial.Proficiency in project management software and design tools (e.g., Revit, Deltek Vision, MS Project).Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Interested in hearing more?
