This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and contribute to the development and growth of our business. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our technical and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of .developing and supporting software applications, experience uncovering and writing detailed technical requirements, Axure Wireframing, and questioning stakeholders to uncover objectives, requirements, and edge cases. Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.2. Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, using tools such as SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.3. Use Axure Wireframing to create interactive prototypes and wireframes that accurately represent user interface layout and design.4. Develop detailed software documentation that clearly communicates software design and functionality to developers and stakeholders.5. Facilitate communication between the business and technical teams to ensure that requirements are understood and met.6. Conduct regular reviews of systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes where necessary.7. Participate in the planning, development, and rollout of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.8. Provide technical support and guidance to other members of the team, helping to resolve issues and improve processes.Qualifications:1. 3+ years' experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or similar.2. 2+ years' of experience developing software applications and supporting in a production environment.3. Proven experience in gathering and defining business and technical requirements through questioning stakeholders.4. Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making.5. Strong experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces.6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.9.
