Job Description Now Hiring: Field Service TechnicianLocation: Florence, AL | Pay: $16.00/hr. | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PMThis is a great opportunity for a Field Service Technician who's hands-on, customer-focused, and looking to grow with a reputable company.What You'll Do:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic or mechanical equipmentDeliver excellent customer service during on-site visitsUse basic hand tools and follow safety protocolsRead and interpret technical manuals and diagramsMaintain accurate service recordsTravel to customer sites with limited supervisionWork Experience What We're Looking For:Trainable, dependable, and detail-orientedAble to read technical manuals and follow written instructionsHands-on experience with basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, multimeters, etc.)Comfortable being trained on industry-specific software or systemsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProfessional, customer-oriented mindsetPhysically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasksPreferred but not required:Experience in IT, electronics, mechanical repair, or field serviceFamiliarity with service equipment or diagnostic toolsRequirements:Valid driver's license with a clean MVRMust be bondable (clean background and credit check required)Reliable transportationWillingness to travel as neededUpdated resume required to applyMust pass a drug screen, background check, credit check, and MVR check
