VP of Operations

Remote Position, Travel RequiredA rapidly expanding food manufacturing company on a confidential search for a Vice President of Operations. This company is a new and rapidly growing food manufacturing company that's building something special. They're expanding fast and looking for a great candidate to join their team and oversee 3 facilities across the U.S. This is a remote position that requires travel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Execution Define and implement a unified operational strategy across all three plants aligned with company objectives. Translate high-level business goals into site-level production and operational plans. Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to company-wide strategic decisions.Ares that will oversee: Plant management | process improvement & standardization | cross-functional collaboration | people & culture leadership | capital & infrastructure planning | regulatory & compliance oversight What they're looking for: 10 years of progressive operations leadership in a manufacturing environment, ideally within food or beverageProven experience overseeing multiple production facilities is strongly preferredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)HACCP, PCQI, and OSHA CertificationsFamiliarity with SQFEntrepreneurial mindset with a history of building or improving operations in high-growth or post-merger environmentsDemonstrated success implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiativesStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levelsWillingness and ability to regularly travel to each plant as neededWhat's in it for you:200k - 220k salary.Travel and Vehicle rental expenses covered. Health, medical, and dental insurance.Parental LeavePTOAdvancement OpportunitiesDoes this sound like a company where you can grow your career and make a lasting impact?
