We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee ground-up and interior build-out projects across South Florida's vibrant hospitality and Class A office space sectors. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about high-quality project delivery.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established general contractor headquartered in Miami, Florida, with a strong reputation for delivering high-end hospitality venues-including award-winning restaurants, lounges, and boutique hotels-as well as state-of-the-art Class A commercial office interiors. Known for their collaborative approach and attention to detail, this firm has become a trusted partner to some of the region's most notable developers and business owners. Their portfolio includes both new construction and complex interior renovations, with projects ranging from $2M to $25M in value.DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are metCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersMaintain project documentation, daily reports, and schedule updatesCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectorsEnforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policiesDrive the project schedule and proactively resolve jobsite issues to avoid delaysEnsure craftsmanship and finish standards align with hospitality and Class A office expectationsProfile5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in hospitality and/or high-end commercial interiorsStrong knowledge of South Florida building codes, permitting, and inspection processesProven ability to manage multiple trades on complex, fast-paced job sitesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsOSHA 30 certification (preferred)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredJob OfferCompetitive base salary ($100K-$130K+, depending on experience)Bonus structure tied to project performance and milestonesVehicle allowance and company-provided technologyHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matchOpportunity to work on some of South Florida's most high-profile hospitality and office projectsA positive, team-oriented culture that values work-life balance and long-term growthMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
