Quality Control Technician

Job Title: Quality Control Technician Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour (Depending on Experience) Job Responsibilities: Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet required specifications and standards. (e.g., IPC and J-STD). Review incoming materials to confirm compliance with established requirements. Assess product workmanship based on defined quality guidelines. Document inspection results and prepare accurate, detailed reports. Investigate product defects, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Provide support and guidance to production and technical teams on quality-related matters. Maintain accurate quality records and ensure documentation reflects current standards and practices. Adhere to all relevant quality procedures and industry best practices. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of industry quality standards and inspection protocols. Experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or specifications. Proficient in documenting and communicating quality data and inspection results. Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001 standards.
