Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist for a new opportunity with our client in the Greensboro area. The position duties are as follows: Assisting with onboarding documents running i9's Drug testing Background check Any additional HR duties as necessary Answers and directs departmental phone calls. Receives and distributes office mail. Schedules and organizes appointments. Conducts background checks for applicants. Proofreads and types of documents and correspondence. Processes new hire and rehire paperwork for new employees. May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance and new hire. May assist with payroll. Other related duties as assigned. Work Experience Requirements: Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Ability to operate office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to type 60 words per minute. Proficient in Microsoft Office products or similar software. Ability to maintain confidential information. Other Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
