Success in this role depends on your ability to think critically, manage data accurately, and stay proactive in a fast-moving environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage inventory data across multiple regions using internal systemsProcess and track orders, allocations, and system adjustments with precisionSupport B2B customers and internal stakeholders with timely, accurate updatesCreate and manage reports in Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data models)What We're Looking For:3-4 years of relevant supply chain or operations experience (or strong academic foundation + internship exposure)Proficient with advanced Excel functions (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)Familiar with ERP or enterprise inventory systemsProcess-driven, analytical, and highly organizedBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred due to LATAM coordination
