Build your future with VOLT! Volt is immediately hiring a Temp a Human Resources Assistant in Corona, CA. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will:Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions.Maintain accurate employee records and files, both digitally and physically.Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation scheduling, and offboarding processes.Support benefits enrollment, time-off tracking, and employee status changes.Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.Coordinate employee events, training, and communications as needed.Track and update HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and compliance records.Assist with recruitment tasks including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters This is a full-time opportunity. Monday to Friday 7:30am –4pm The ideal candidate will have: 1–2 years of experience in an HR, Administrative, or Office Coordination role preferred.Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems a plus.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
