TMC Transportation has an immediate opening for a full time Field Recruiter, WFH with required travel.   Region will be TN, AL, MS and GA.  Ideal candidate will reside in Tennessee or Northern AL. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The primary function of a Field Recruiter is to develop and maintain recruiting sources within a designated geographic territory and deliver quality applications for over the road driving positions.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source quality applicants Confer with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills Initiate contact with recruiting sources, including driver schools, throughout a multi-state region to identify applicants for driving positions Conduct presentations about the company and riving positions to applicants Work with inside recruiters to facilitate the application process
