Our portfolio includes higher education, sports and entertainment, and multi-family housing developments local to the Pensacola market.Position Overview:We are actively seeking an experienced Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee and direct all aspects of field operations for large-scale stadium and/or student housing projects. This is a critical leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects from start to finish"”not as an assistant or area superintendent, but as the lead in full command of jobsite operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and according to design/specifications.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and logistics.Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and site cleanliness.Interface with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to resolve challenges and ensure communication flow.Develop and manage short-term schedules and ensure alignment with master project schedule.Mentor field staff and contribute to team culture and performance.Required Qualifications:20 years of construction experience, with at least 15 years in a Lead Superintendent role on stadium or student housing projects.Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile, high-complexity projects from groundbreaking to closeout.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Deep knowledge of construction means and methods, safety standards (OSHA), and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.OSHA 30 certification required.Willingness to travel or relocate to project site if needed.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with fast-track schedules and/or design-build project delivery.Technical degree or relevant field construction certifications.Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits packageStrong company culture with a focus on safety, quality, and integrityOpportunities for advancement and continued professional developmentWork on iconic projects that shape campuses and communitiesTo Apply: Submit your resume and project portfolio to [ or text me at 615.439.2866].
