Superintendent- Ground Up

Seeking a Ground-Up Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all on-site operations for new commercial projects in Portland, OR. Candidate will be responsible for managing daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance. The company has experienced steady growth by actively choosing to have a diverse pipeline.DescriptionOn-Site Management: Oversee all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring site operations are carried out efficiently and safely.Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.Schedule Oversight: Develop, update, and maintain construction schedules and daily work logs.
