Role and Responsibilities Production Operator: Assist with loading and unloading cylinder leak detection machines. You'll receive training to document work orders and help with the installation of portable gas cylinders on our filling racks. Quality Assurance: Implement standard operating procedures as outlined in our Quality Manual to ensure high standards are met. Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by handling cylinders carefully and reporting any safety concerns to your supervisor or management. Quality Control and Maintenance: Inspect cylinders for leaks and segregate any non-conforming units to ensure only top-quality products are in inventory. Administration: Accurately report quantities and note any irregularities in both printed paperwork and digital spreadsheets. Process Improvement: Collaborate with your team and cross-functional teams to continuously enhance our processes. Housekeeping: Keep your work area and any assigned areas clean and organized. Decision Making Report safety concerns promptly. Analyze and identify components of problems. Ensure cylinders are compliant with standards through leak detection and pressure verification checks. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50lbs frequently. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms. Be a Team Player Share your knowledge and experience with your team.
