What You'll Do Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update HRIS systems Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution Collaborate on HR initiatives and compliance projects Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures Work closely with both office and production teams to support a workforce of 500+ employees What We're Looking For 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Ready to bring your HR skills to a company where your work truly matters?Apply today and take the next step in your career with a team that values people, process, and progress.#ZRCFS #INJUN2025
