Rotating 12 hour shifts 7A-7P/7P-7AAll employees have the responsibility to:• Show behavior in line with the SHE and Security risks and agreedcontrols, including being compliant to company requirements, rules, andprocedures.• Assures that all employees follow established occupational safetyrules, housekeeping, Hazmat regulations, JSAs and SOPs.• Address and report person(s) behaving in a SHE and Securityirresponsible manner and document observed risks.• Abides by an enforced company procedures/policies regarding security,inclusive of: employee security agreement; use of non-disclosureagreements with outside parties; control of intellectual property limitedto a "need to know" only basis; no unauthorized use of cell phones,camera, computers or company property; reporting security threats andincidents; proper control of company property and keys.• Campion sustainability by promoting a "reduce/reuse/recycle"philosophy within their team.The selected candidate may be required to work several different shifts inother areas of the plant including (Personal Protection and Fiber).Responsible for compliance with relevant laws, regulatoryrequirements, recipes, SOP's, and other related documentation andactivities. Ensures company guidelines related to company policiesrelating to quality, safety, housekeeping, and cost effectiveness aremet.Set up, operate, adjust and clean all equipment required for productionaccordance to work instructions and standard operating procedures.3. Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner while maintaininggoals of the business.4. Support and drive productivity to meet plant and corporate intitiaties, asoutlines in the manufacturing plan.5. Take samples to test and determines properties of the producedproducts. Prepares samples for offline quality checks. Perform off-linetests. Supply and maintain inventory of components/supplies asneeded.6. Correct process conditions with given limits, to maintain desired results.Request and/or issue maintenance tickets for maintenance repair work.Performs intermediate mechanical repair and/or preventativemaintenance work when needed or as assigned.7. Performs in-process quality checks as required. Demonstrates acommitment to quality by ensuring all test and productinformation/documentation is accurate, completed in a timely mannerand filed per area requirements.8. Maintain records of the used raw materials and the produced productsin the appropriate computer system. Enters data about components,intermediate and finished products is entered in the appropriatetracking system.9. Move, measure, maintain inventory and store raw, intermediate, andfinished products. Receives stores, handles and delivers raw materialsand finished products as required or directed. Utilize standard materialhandling equipment. Operate rider and/or walk for truck and overheadcrane as per licensinf and training requirements.10. Utilize good judgement in making critical decisions on product quality,equipment functionality, safety and other related activites.11. Identifies problems related to equipment, work orders, log books, setups and other related activities and recommends ways to solve. Makessuggestions regarding product quality, safety precautions, and workimprovements Inform appropriate personnel of any problems that mayimpair the quality of the Film product, packaging components, workefficiency and/or safety.12. Actively contribute to Lean, 5S, and Continuous Improvements effortswithin the production area.13. Maintain annual training requirements on hazardous waste specified bythe site non-hazardous and hazardous waste procedures andregualtiosn. Specific job holders will complete more detailed training aswell.14.
