Senior Associate Attorney

Brock & Scott seeks a Senior Associate Attorney who is a motivated self-starter to be responsible handling Indiana foreclosure matters for the firm. Responsibilities will also include management of staff and the office with opportunities for Client Development as well. Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings. Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements: Juris Doctorate. Member in good standing with of the State of Indiana Bar 8+ years minimum work experience handling Indiana foreclosures Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone). Provides exceptional client service. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance. Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. This position is on-site/hybrid in the Indianapolis metro area.
