gpac just partnered with a growing manufacturer for a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Tennessee. This role focuses on building strong distributor relationships and providing technical guidance to civil engineers and contractors for stormwater projects.Responsibilities:Develop and grow the sales territory through consistent prospectingBuild long-term relationships with distributors, engineers, and contractorsLead sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrationsStay informed on upcoming and active projects in the regionProvide accurate quotes and follow up to close sales opportunitiesSupport engineering teams with submittals and design specsDeliver product training and ensure proper installation practicesAttend occasional company sales and training meetingsQualifications:Proven success in sales within the stormwater or civil infrastructure industry (5 years experience)Practical knowledge of site and civil construction projectsAbility to maintain a 75% travel schedule throughout these states for the 1st year to get it developed.
