Job Opportunity in Jeannette, PA Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can utilize your administrative skills while supporting a dedicated team? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in Jeannette, PA. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of complex administrative tasks and play a vital role in our department's success. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of complex technical administrative assignments requiring initiative and judgment. Support team members with routine Accounts Payable activities. Manage daily timesheets for multiple union entities within the department. Process purchase order purchases and reconcile credit card statements promptly. Order office supplies and manage vacation and time-off tracking. Maintain regulatory annual training records and handle contractor invoicing. Reconcile vehicle gas receipts and assist during storm events when needed. Manage general upkeep, material distribution, and mail distribution for the service center. Book and reserve hotels and vehicles for department employees. Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable group, including invoice processing and customer service. Take initiative to solve problems and consistently deliver results. Maintain a safe workplace and demonstrate a commitment to safety. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related discipline preferred. 2-7 years of related work experience in invoice processing, customer service, and administrative support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with accounts payable, supply chain, and process improvements preferred. Knowledge of SAP system accounts payable and procurement modules preferred. Ability to produce thorough, timely, and accurate work products. Demonstrated questioning attitude and commitment to continuous learning. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to prioritize workloads independently.
