The President will work closely with the Board, executive team and key stakeholders to lead the organization toward its next phase of growth and success.Responsibilities:1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Tech Services division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.2. Oversee the P&L for the division, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.3. Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and customer acquisition.4. Manage the operations of our contact center, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient problem resolution.5. Drive student engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for our student customers.6. Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to expand our market presence.7. Develop and execute product strategies, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and remain competitive in the market.8. Oversee student services, ensuring we provide outstanding support and assistance to our student customers.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of executive-level experience.3. Proven experience in managing P&L and driving profitability.4. Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies.5. Experience in managing a contact center, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.6. Proven track record in driving student engagement and managing student services.7. Strong business development skills, with experience in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.8. Experience in developing and executing product strategies.9. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.12.
