Property Manager needed for a Student Housing Complex near FSU! Locally owned by FSU alumni who have owned the assets for over 20 years. Perfect fit for someone looking for a long-term role. Four years of property management experience (experienced Assistant Managers can apply) Must be computer savvy! Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required Must be flexible, willing to work weekends, on-call and after hours for emergency situations Able to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Must be a team player with an outgoing, engaging personality! Must have reliable transportation Must know how to successfully complete TURN! Duties: Meet weekly and monthly leasing goals Meet budgeted financial goals Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting is submitted timely Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service Meet monthly leasing and renewal goals Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed Other duties as assigned
