Quality Inspector

Quality Assurance/Document Control Inspection of PCB assemblies/cable assemblies manufactured per customer Bill of Materials and Assembly Drawing Specification, including in-process and final inspection. Duties: Perform Visual Inspections of Manufactured PCB assemblies / Cable Assemblies to meet the acceptability of Electronic Assemblies. Interpret Customers blueprints and BOM's Assist in gathering and analysis of in-process and final inspection data Performs first article inspections IPC610, J-STD Maintain inspection software for inspection process Create inspection reports including inspection images Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports Maintain quality records of inspection Prepare post-inspection reports outlining inspection findings and detailing inspection results Maintain all inspection records relating to individual inspection activities Use mechanical inspection expertise and inspection tools/equipment to perform required inspections of parts and assemblies Perform incoming inspection on all components Writing and preparing inspection reports regarding inspection and testing results Perform all inspection testing functions
