Position: Customer Service Specialist II Location: Lewisville, Tx Regular Work Schedules (Post-Training): Option 1: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CT, including Saturday Option 2: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM CT, including Saturday Job Summary: The Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for addressing questions, comments, and complaints related to the company s products or services. This role serves as the first line of support to resolve routine customer issues under moderate supervision. The primary goal is to deliver a positive customer experience and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer service calls Provide entry-level troubleshooting and resolution to routine issues Deliver high-quality customer service to meet and exceed service level expectations Respond to a high volume of low-complexity general inquiries (e.g., product info, billing) Utilize pre-determined scripts and guidance tools for customer responses Refer customers to published materials, secondary sources, or escalate to senior staff Document customer feedback and complaints accurately Qualifications: Education: High School preferred Experience: No prior experience required Physical Requirements: Sedentary work Career Level: 2IC
