Senior Contracts Specialist

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to join an in-house Legal and Risk team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts across company business lines. You will collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed in alignment with company policies and risk tolerance. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and fully on-site.Core Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for all contract-related mattersDraft, review, redline, and finalize a wide range of commercial agreements including construction contracts, EPC agreements, MSAs, POs, subcontracts, and NDAsLead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigationEvaluate and manage contractual risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standardsParticipate in cross-functional risk reviews with Legal, Sales, and Operations teamsMaintain and update contract templates, standards, and guidelinesMonitor contract performance, including renewals, amendments, and close-outsProvide guidance to internal teams on contract processes and best practicesStay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years' of experience reviewing and negotiating contracts within the construction or manufacturing industriesStrong understanding of commercial contract terms (e.g., indemnity, insurance, liability, force majeure, warranties)Experience with complex deal structures and high-value projectsStrong negotiation and risk assessment skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency with WordBenefits:Medical, Dental & Vision coverage401(k) with Company MatchContinuing Education & Tuition ReimbursementLife and Disability CoveragePaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysHealth and Wellness ResourcesEmployee DiscountsIf you have experience in the construction or manufacturing industry with contracts review and negotiation, we encourage you to apply!
