Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your FutureLennar is looking for a Growth Specialist for Paid Search to join our Acquisition Team and help manage pay-per-click goals across Lennar divisions nationally. The Sr Growth Specialist will help manage the pay-per-click campaigns for Lennar across all major search engines and serve as the point of contact for our internal clients. The Growth Specialist will analyze paid search performance and optimize campaigns via keywords, Display/Discovery, landing pages, and drive results that exceed our KPIs. This candidate will have a growth-oriented mindset in that they will constantly be focused on improving their skills, the results, and add to the overall team. Your Responsibilities on the Team Primary point of contact for division marketing teams for anything related to paid search, understanding division's unique requirements and goals based on their locations and home products offered.Manage paid search activities across Google, Bing or other search platforms.Analyze campaign results using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce and other performance tools to provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement to internal teams.Help conduct structured A/B tests and interpret the results of adcopy, landing page content and improve main KPIs, i.e., click through rates, bounce rates and conversion rates.Regularly perform thorough keywords research.Track and optimize paid media spend to establish budget targets to maximize results and ROI.Monitor competitor and industry search activity and trends. Requirements4-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent relevant experience required.4+ years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns required.Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.Proficient knowledge of SEO.Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.Must have previous experience analyzing and interpreting data. Additional Requirements:Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.A strong track record of managing performance based paid search campaigns and exceeding goals for those campaigns.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner.Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opportunity and risk.Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
